Thinking and acting like wine people is part of our DNA. We aspire to have teams of energetic and dynamic wine business professionals and we feel a sense of responsibility to educate the next generation.

In 1998, we established the biennial Working with Wine program to encourage education and enable the future gatekeepers of the Australian wine industry. Open to wine trade and employees, the fellowship has educated, inspired and enlightened more than 2,000 Australian wine industry professionals by giving them the opportunity to thoroughly examine some of the world’s greatest wines with the people who made them.

In 2020, we committed to further developing and nurturing wine business professionals by becoming a Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET®) Approved Program Provider. The Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET®) has been educating the wine industry for over 40 years; their quality assured qualifications are globally recognised as the international standard in wine and spirit knowledge. In conjunction with our distribution businesses, we are offering WSET Level 1 and Level 2 Wine courses to both our employees and trade customers.
